The Department of Human Resources supports the County Manager’s vision for a high performing organization. To ensure our employees reach their best performance level, we provide resources which help supervisors address and resolve performance issues. An action plan is a resource used to help supervisors identify areas of poor performance and establish expected performance standards, as well as assist employees in being successful.
