We are approaching the annual performance appraisal season – the time of year employees get formal feedback on their contributions and job performance since the beginning of the current fiscal year, and set goals and performance expectations for the upcoming year.
To help you navigate the performance appraisal cycle, the Department of Human Resources is offering in-person and virtual training sessions for all supervisors this February and March. The purpose of these training sessions is to share expectations for appraising employees during the current fiscal year, using the new Capability Model and answer your questions about the process. HR staff will also share information about the County’s new Capability Model.
